Victoria Anais Carnarvon is the 22 year old Liaison Officer for your Earth Federation Army 13th A.P. Team commonly designated as Special Strategic Attack Team Thirteen ( or S.S.A.T.13 ). She is an electronic warfare specialist formerly with the United Kingdom’s G.C.H.Q in Cheltham, England.
She was raised in ideal surroundings, the daughter of an upper-middle ranking corporate couple working for Prudential Assurance Company, Ltd., (possibly Britain’s largest corporation) in secured corporate suburbs and private young ladies’ academies. A part of her earlier years were spent in Japan during her fathers temporary assignment to Fukuoka, where she picked up very passable foreigner’s Japanese and some conversational Korean and Chinese as well.
Vickie developed a knowledge of, and love for, small arms early in life. She has an extensive personal collection of lighter caliber weapons in her home, car and office and regularly visits the range for practice. Vickie enjoys all kinds of sports activities, swimming and bicycling competitively, engaging competition sharp-shooting at the national level and so on.
