Humans have the utmost versatility. They can recieve both bio and cybernetic enhancements. They start out the weakest, sort of, but over the course of the game can pack and stack all manner of unreasonable enhancements untill that are barely recognizeable as hominids. Bioroids can only have biological enhancements, full conversion cyborgs are limited by their chasis. Humans can ultimately tech-out to incredible extremes.
Humans can build their stats up through body-building and training such as Track and Martial Arts, then move on to nanotech enhancements then cap that off with cybernetic augmentation on top of that. Bioroids can too but cyborgs cannot for obvious reasons. Humans are very upwardly versatile. Naturally, any human can eventually become a full conversion cyborg if they so desire. Don't be too quick to assume humans are weak fleshy victims for cyber-enhanced warriors to tear apart either, a human can have a cery high BODY stat and be fast as lightning, they can wear all kinds of armor and also pilot LandMates. Most people naturally value their humanity ( and ability to have sex because their groin is not an armored, robotic hub for their hip and leg hardware ) and thereby eschew full 'borgation.
