Cyberpsychosis?

We may be using R.Talsorian's Cyberpunk rules but the looming spectre of "Cyberpsychosis" is nowhere to be found. There is no mention of it in Shirow's Appleseed universe and so it just doesn't exist in UC3K. You can rack and stack implants and mods with wild abandon. Get crazy.

Some purists may argue that this will unbalance the game by removing a sane limiter to the amount of machine power a character can have. To them I say, go play Champions for a month and come back and tell me that. The utmost full body converson 'borg is still less insane than most Mages in fantasy rpg's in terms of how much damage they can dish out. It's all a matter of perspective. Besides, ANYBODY can be killed in an instant in Cyberpunk by a single pure human sniper with a German .20mm depleted-uranium-slug-firing sniper rifle. No matter how insanely metalled-out they are.
