Team Leader

The Team Leader is the Strategic and Tactical brains behind the unit. Always an officer of the Army Branch, the Leader is trained is small unit tactics to a degree comparable to a 20th century S.A.S, Delta Force or SOCOM commander. The Leader is responsible for choosing assignments for his team and has the authority to requisition ANY vehicle, arms or equipment necessary to ensure the success of the mission. Leaders sometimes butt heads with base commanders concerning requisitions but they are ultimately granted just about any authority by AEGIS so they usually get what they want. The rest of the team looks to the Team Leader for guidance and direction, for supply and outfitting and just about every other need they have. Team Leaders are almost always Soldiers and rarely if ever Pilots or Techies.
